The Underground Rock Loader stems from the golden ratio of the power and hydraulic systems.  The diesel engine equipped, in combination with the intelligent electronic control system, achieves precise fuel supply, delivering strong power while reducing energy consumption.  The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive technology, with flow distributed as needed.  The response time for bucket lifting and side unloading actions is short.

Achieve process efficiency through structural optimization.  The material is unloaded completely without residue, avoiding secondary cleaning.  The crawler walking system adopts wear-resistant tracks with a low ground contact pressure, reducing the driving resistance in muddy tunnels and achieving a maximum walking speed of 30 meters per minute.

The side-unloading loader adopts a scientific and reasonable structural layout, fundamentally reducing the probability of collision and crushing accidents in underground narrow tunnels. Firstly, its compact body design enables it to maneuver flexibly in narrow underground Spaces. Compared with traditional front-end loaders, side-unloading loaders have a shorter turning radius and can easily turn and reverse on roads of limited width, avoiding collisions with tunnel walls or other equipment. This is particularly important in underground coal mines where the tunnels are often narrow and winding, as even a minor collision can lead to roof collapse or equipment damage, endangering personnel safety.

Secondly, the side-tipping bucket design of the loader features a unique side-tipping structure. During the sludge unloading process, the bucket can unload the materials to one side of the tunnel without the need for the entire machine to rotate. This not only enhances the efficiency of slag removal but also avoids the risk of overturning caused by the machine rotating on the uneven ground underground. In underground coal mines, the ground is often uneven, with potholes and water accumulation. Traditional front-end loaders need to turn around to unload goods, increasing the possibility of overturning. The tilting design of the tilting loader eliminates this hidden danger and greatly enhances the operational safety of the equipment.
